We provide FREE UK Delivery for 1st Class postage  - 1 to 2 working days, however due to the COVID period, there may be a delay and we are aiming for 2 to 4 working days. For Tracked 1st Class UK delivery, it will cost an additional £2.99.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

In order to ensure all our customers receive the best level of service and are happy with the product. Our guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty conditions, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date your receive the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue you a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If any product upon arrival is damaged, opened or tampered with, we will offer a replacement for the same product at no expense to you. Please contact customer services at [email protected].

 

COOLING OFF PERIOD

Under the UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.

 

Return a Product

1. In the ‘order history’ section of your account page on www.invyta.co.uk, select the 'returns' option relating to the order you wish to send back. Select the reason for return in the box provided, enter any other details as required and submit.

2. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

3. Contact Customer Services at: [email protected], who will provide you with a return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above but you will need to pay for shipping charges.

Please note: Intial Shipping costs are not refundable if paid via 1st Class Tracked and we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
